• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
• Send the photos and prompt required for generation to SeeAPI after you request a video.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• With Cloudflare for private photo storage and SeeAPI for video generation. Payment checkout uses the selected payment provider, such as Creem or PayPal, once enabled.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We use HTTPS, account checks for task access, and time-limited signed links for uploaded photos. We attempt to delete our R2 photo copies when a task reaches a final status. Generated videos are hosted by SeeAPI and may remain available through their result URLs under SeeAPI's retention rules. Anyone who obtains a result URL may be able to access that video, so share it carefully. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You can view and update your account details in settings. To request a copy or deletion of your personal information, sign in and open a support ticket from your dashboard.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
