By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a photo-to-video creation service. A generated video may differ from the prompt or reference photos. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload a person's image without the rights or permission needed to use it.
• Request an impersonation, deceptive endorsement, or imitation of a real person's voice without permission.
• Create or request sexual, pornographic, nude, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content, including content involving minors.

Payment and Billing

The credit packs shown on this site are one-time purchases: US$19.90 for 25 credits, US$29.90 for 75 credits, US$59.90 for 125 credits, and US$199 for 250 credits. Generating a 12-second video costs 20 credits at 480p or 25 credits at 720p. These packs do not renew automatically, and credits in the current catalog have no expiration date. If the video provider reports that a generation failed, was canceled, was refunded, or expired, the credits used for that generation are restored. Payment refund requests are handled separately under applicable law and payment provider rules.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may request account closure by opening a support ticket from your dashboard.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
